Most “auto-apply” tools are, frankly, an unattended bot that fires off hundreds of applications a day and then tells you “you applied to 500 jobs this month.” But volume isn't results — these mass applications get callback rates of just 1–6%, often under 1%, because recruiters spot a templated, machine-filled application instantly.
